  Samosa or Aloo Samosa is a very popular snack or appetizer in India. Samosa is fried all purpose flour pastry filled with spiced potato and pea mixture . Samosa can be enjoyed with any kind of chutney . My favorite way to serve samosa is with cilantro chutney and tamarind chutney . Ingredients ( For dough ) All purpose flour or maida 2.5 cups Carom seeds 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Oil 1/2 cup Water 1/2 cup + couple of tbs extra (Samosa filling) Boiled potatoes 3 big Green peas frozen or boiled 1/2 cup Oil 2 tbs Asafoetida or hind 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds or jeera 1/2 tsp Crushed ginger 1 tbs and Green chillies (optional ) as your preference Coriander powder 1 tbs Garam masala 1/2 tbs Cumin powder 1/2 tsp Dry mango powder or amchur 1 tsp Cilantro finely chopped as required Salt to taste Method Preparing Dough Take flour in a bowl. Hi ,I am here again with another delicious recipe. It has been raining here since two days. Due to this cold and rainy weather , I could not resist myself from making pakoras. Question is "what kind of pakore?".  There are only 3 small eggplants (baingan) in my refrigerator which are not enough for making sabzi and I chose them. So I thought , I should share this recipe . This baingan pakora recipe is very easy and simple. You need only few ingredients and take just 20-30 mins. to cook.  Even those people who do not like eating eggplant, they should give it a try.

Hi friends ! I am back with some amazing recipes after very busy days. Last few months , I have been so busy to post a recipe . Today I cooked such an amazing dish and I couldn't resist myself to post this recipe. This amazing dish is Lauki ke kabab or Bottle gourd kababs. Kabab is a middle eastern and eastern Mediterranean dish . In India , Kababs come from mughalayi cuisine . Kabab is supposed to be made up of meat but this lauki ke kabab is purely veg kabab recipe.  Actually this recipe belongs to my grand mother . My father have been grown up eating this kabab and same with me. My mother learned this recipe from my grand mom. I have been grown up watching my mom and my grand mom cooking these kebabs . This is very simple recipe because it requires very ordinary spices which you can get in every kitchen .

Hi friends, here I am with a delicious recipe called  Pan Gojhwa (पन गोझवा ) . In my hometown we call it पन गोझवा . Pan Gojhwa  is one of my favorite local dishes. This Friday I cooked Pan Gojhwa and all credit goes to mom who told me the detailed recipe and cleared all my doubts while cooking over phone.  I don't know the details like where this dis come from and all but it is somewhere similar to Phare. So let us make  Pan Gojhwa .
