Today, I am going to share the recipe of  karela fry sabzi. Karela is also known as bittergourd in english. As the name implies ,it tastes bitter yet it is packed with many nutrients especially for diabetes. Karela has blood cleansing properties as well. There are so many people who do not like bittergourd because of its bitter taste . But we can balance its bitter taste by adding onoin , tomatoes and even some people add jaggery too. This karela sabzi recipe is very simple and you need only few ingredients which you always have in your kitchen. I cook this sabzi every week and goes with dal-rice or roti perfectly.

Hi ,I am here again with another delicious recipe. It has been raining here since two days. Due to this cold and rainy weather , I could not resist myself from making pakoras. Question is "what kind of pakore?".  There are only 3 small eggplants (baingan) in my refrigerator which are not enough for making sabzi and I chose them. So I thought , I should share this recipe . This baingan pakora recipe is very easy and simple. You need only few ingredients and take just 20-30 mins. to cook.  Even those people who do not like eating eggplant, they should give it a try.

Today , I am going to share the recipe of Raw mango chutney or Kacche aam ki chutney. This mouthwatering chutney tastes amazing with rice and dal especially in summers. There are many kinds of chutney or sauce prepared in india. People love to eat with everyday food. Our snacks like pakodas or samosas are incomplete without chutney . I asked this reciep from my mom . She told me all the ingredients and proportions. This chutney is prepared by blending raw mango, cilantro, green chilies and mint leaves with some spices together. It comes out so delicious. So I thought , I should share my mom's chutney recipe.

Namak pare or Saloni is very popular snack in India . This snack recipe is super simple and easy that does not require so much time. In my native place (UP) , every small roadside sweet shop (halwayi shop) or tea stall vendors make fresh namak pare everyday for tea time. This recipe reminds me of my childhood days . There are so many shop where they serve some kind of potato curry ( famous as dumaloo there) over these Mathari and it taste amazing.

Hi friends , I am back after long long time with a delicious recipe which is Stuffed eggplants. Bharwa baingan or Stuffed eggplant is one of the most popular stuffed vegetables in North India. This recipe is my family recipe . My mom always cook these stuffed eggplants. Even when she came to visit us , she cooked bharwa baingan for us too. Stuffed eggplants are perfect side dish in summer because this dish stays 2-3 days without refrigeration . Whenever we travel by train , we always carry stuffed eggplants in lunch box. In India , every region have their own way of making bharwa baingan. There are some more variation in the spices used to stuff the eggplants. Some people use grinded panchphoran masala.  The spices that I am using to stuff the eggplants are very simple, easily available in every Indian kitchen and Indian grocery store.

Today's recipe is Pakora kadhi or Pakore wali kadhi. Pakore wali kadhi is very popular North Indian dish. There are so many variations in cooking kadhi and this recipe is most popular among all. Pakora kadhi goes with rice very well and taste delicious . You can have pakora kadhi with roti , naan or parathas too. People in every state have their own kadhi recipe. In this recipe , I used very ordinary spices and you can moderate it according to your preference . If want to add more heat , you can add more chilli powder or you can add less chilli powder.

Hi friends ! I am back with some amazing recipes after very busy days. Last few months , I have been so busy to post a recipe . Today I cooked such an amazing dish and I couldn't resist myself to post this recipe. This amazing dish is Lauki ke kabab or Bottle gourd kababs. Kabab is a middle eastern and eastern Mediterranean dish . In India , Kababs come from mughalayi cuisine . Kabab is supposed to be made up of meat but this lauki ke kabab is purely veg kabab recipe.  Actually this recipe belongs to my grand mother . My father have been grown up eating this kabab and same with me. My mother learned this recipe from my grand mom. I have been grown up watching my mom and my grand mom cooking these kebabs . This is very simple recipe because it requires very ordinary spices which you can get in every kitchen .

Aloo methi sabzi is very popular dry vegetable sabzi in north india. It is cooked very often  in every house. Hi friends, Here I am with another delicious recipe of Bhindi or Okra called Raswali Bhindi Sabzi. Actually I got bored of having fried bhindi and dahiwali khatti bhindi  .So  I thought to try something new. Actually this Curried Okra is not new to me , I had this curry lots of time before marriage . This is my mom's recipe and she cook very often this curry at home. But I didn't cook this Okra curry before this. Here Mr. hubby and my FIL never tasted this Okra curry before.

Hi friends, here I am with a delicious recipe called  Pan Gojhwa (पन गोझवा ) . In my hometown we call it पन गोझवा . Pan Gojhwa  is one of my favorite local dishes. This Friday I cooked Pan Gojhwa and all credit goes to mom who told me the detailed recipe and cleared all my doubts while cooking over phone.  I don't know the details like where this dis come from and all but it is somewhere similar to Phare. So let us make  Pan Gojhwa .
