 Homemade Mac and Cheese is a classic recipe prepared with macaroni (elbow pasta) and creamy sauce made with flour, milk, butter and cheese.Mac and Cheese is a very popular comfort food among kids because it is very creamy, smooth and delicious. This Mac and Cheese recipe is incredibly easy and this is how I love to prepare Mac and Cheese at home. In this recipe , I used mild sharp cheddar cheese. So it is totally up to your preference. Any cheese that melts well works excellent with Mac and Cheese. Ingredients Macaroni or Elbow pasta 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1 cup Unsalted butter 1 tbs All purpose flour 2 tbs Milk 1.5 cups Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp Onion powder 1/2 tsp (optional) Garlic powder 1/4 tsp (optional) Salt 1/2 tsp (according to taste) Method Boil 4 cups of water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.  Add macaroni or elbow pasta.   Balushahi or Badusha is a one of the traditional and popular Indian sweet. Balushahi is made with all purpose flour and later glazed with sugar syrup. Balushahi has crispy from outside and soft , flaky texture from inside. Balushahi is one of my favorite sweet to prepare on Diwali. Making Balushahi or Badusha is very easy if you use correct ratio of ingredients and follow the process .We can store Balushahi at room temperature for about one week. Ingredients A ll purpose flour or Maida 1 cup Ghee  1/4 cup Curd or Yoghurt 2 tbs Baking Soda 1/4 tsp Sugar 1 cup Water 1 cup Cardamom powder a pinch Pistachios chopped for garnishing Method Preparing dough Take all purpose flour or maida in a bowl.   Samosa or Aloo Samosa is a very popular snack or appetizer in India. Samosa is fried all purpose flour pastry filled with spiced potato and pea mixture . Samosa can be enjoyed with any kind of chutney . My favorite way to serve samosa is with cilantro chutney and tamarind chutney . Hi ,I am here again with another delicious recipe. It has been raining here since two days. Due to this cold and rainy weather , I could not resist myself from making pakoras. Question is "what kind of pakore?".  There are only 3 small eggplants (baingan) in my refrigerator which are not enough for making sabzi and I chose them. So I thought , I should share this recipe . In my native place (UP) , every small roadside sweet shop (halwayi shop) or tea stall vendors make fresh namak pare everyday for tea time. This recipe reminds me of my childhood days . There are so many shop where they serve some kind of potato curry ( famous as dumaloo there) over these Mathari and it taste amazing.
