Today I am sharing another our family favourite breakfast i.e. Sabudana Khichdi. I usually make sabudana khichdi for our breakfast .  Sabudana Khichdi is one of the most popular breakfast recipes . It is also cooked during fasting or upvaas. I have already shared one more Sabudana khichdi for fasting . In that recipe , I shared the way how we cook sabudana khichdi at home during fast.

Raw banana or Kaccha kela  is also known as Plantain . Here, I am sharing a very quick and easy recipe of spicy plantain curry . Whenever I buy plantains , I usually make plantain curry this way . Hi friends ! I am back with some amazing recipes after very busy days. Last few months , I have been so busy to post a recipe . Today I cooked such an amazing dish and I couldn't resist myself to post this recipe. This amazing dish is Lauki ke kabab or Bottle gourd kababs. Kabab is a middle eastern and eastern Mediterranean dish . In India , Kababs come from mughalayi cuisine . Kabab is supposed to be made up of meat but this lauki ke kabab is purely veg kabab recipe.  Actually this recipe belongs to my grand mother . My father have been grown up eating this kabab and same with me. My mother learned this recipe from my grand mom. I have been grown up watching my mom and my grand mom cooking these kebabs . This is very simple recipe because it requires very ordinary spices which you can get in every kitchen .

Hi friends, My last 2 weeks went so busy , so I couldn't post more than one recipe a week. Now ,I am here with very delicious recipe of dosa.Pesarattu is very popular in Andhrapradesh .Actually I even have never heard this word "Pesarattu" before 2 years. Methi has slight bitter taste that is why when It is combined with potatoes , It taste amazing . My hubby and I love to have aloo methi with parathas. Hi , Here I am with a recipe of Desi style Pasta which is perfect for brunch or lunch box.  This recipe belongs to my younger brother . He loves to cook Chinese and Italian food . Last winters , when I went my mom's home, he made these Desi style pasta with penne for brunch. Before eating , I was making fun of him when he was adding spices and tomato chunks. When I ate those pasta , they were amazing literally . I gobbled up all in no time.

Missi roti is very popular in UP and Punjab. It's a bread which is made up of the combination of  wheat flour , gramflour and few spices. Actually I gave a little healthy touch of methi or fenugreek leaves to this original missi roti and it has become Methi missi roti. Methi missi roti is a very healthy and delicious too. Even it's very good for kids. I always make Missi rotis for my DS twice in a week for breakfast. Missi rotis can be a very good and healthy breakfast. So friends let us start the recipe.

Sookha kala chana is very delicious and spicy curry . Kala chana or desi chana is an excellent source  of protein and very good for growing up kids . So it is a very healthy recipe as well. It is one of my favorite breakfast recipe especially for Sundays . I love to have this dry chickpea curry with soozi halwa or jalebi. Just believe me this combo taste awesome.
